Arc Electric Boat

A team of former SpaceX rocket engineers have joined the race to build the first commercial electric speedboat. Arc One is a stunning 24-foot vessel with a 200kWh battery pack, a 475 horsepower electric engine, an aluminum hull, and is said to reach a top speed of 40 mph (35 knots). This means the boat can fly across the ocean without noise and emissions for hours on end, leaving nothing behind but wake. The company claims it can last about four hours under power before needing to be recharged, which is plenty for a day out on the water. watch the video below
