stuff we drool about

Honda Motocompacto

Honda is reviving the iconic Motocompo (a folding scooter sold by Honda in the 80s) with an all-new electric e-scooter, the Motocompacto. This compact electric scooter boasts a folding design that is easy to store in tight spaces. When unfolded, it becomes a powerful urban mobility solution with a range of up to 12 miles on a single charge and a top speed of 15 mph. Charging takes only 3.5 hours, and it weighs 41.3 lbs with a weight capacity of 265 lbs. Its square-shaped design may remind you of a carry-on suitcase, and with a peak output of 490 watts, it is designed for the urban commuters needs. You can connect it to a smartphone app via Bluetooth for additional customization options. The Motocompacto will be available for purchase this November through Honda and Acura dealerships for $995, offering a blend of nostalgia and modern electric mobility for urban riders. watch the video below.
