ECD Project Galena
Project Galena is the name of the latest masterpiece to roll out of the East Coast Defender Florida-based workshop. This meticulously-rebuilt Land Rover Defender is outfitted for overlanding duty, and is packed with gear for heading into the wilderness. Based on a 1993 Land Rover Defender 110, the beastly truck is powered by a monstrous 403-horsepower 6.2L Chevrolet L92 engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and is packed with plenty of modern-day features. Details include Air suspension, a Front Runner roof rack, rear LED work lights, and 18 Kahn wheels on chunky BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires. On the interior, Project Galena boasts Italian leather upholstery, heated seats, a full internal roll cage, an Evander wood steering wheel, wireless charging for mobile devices, back-up camera, in-vehicle, WiFi, remote locking, and Alpine infotainment system, and a tire-press monitoring system. It was also fitted with a custom air suspension for a better ride, and is painted in a beautiful Arles Blue paint, a classic Land Rover color from the early 1990s. watch the video below
