Hasselblad X1D II 50C

Renown Swedish camera maker Hasselblad has released a new consumer offering and it is a game changer. The new X1D II 50C is a follow-up to the company´s first mirrorless camera, the X1D from 2016, but with a significant lower price tag ($5,750 for the body, a significant lower price from the $8,995 the first model commanded at launch). The new model has the same 50-megapixel medium-format sensor and design with some minor interface changes, however, Hasselblad has upgraded a few things, such as a new, larger touchscreen, higher resolution viewfinder, a new processor, and significantly improved performance. The new medium format mirrorless camera also brings new and improved support to a number of lenses and a converter as well as added features and functionality within the camera itself. There is also GPS that now comes integrated into the camera rather than as an add-on module. The X1D II 50C is in preorder now and will ship in July for $5,750.
