Wavegarden

Wavegarden is a man-made surfing lagoon built deep in Spain´s Basque Country. Wavegarden features a patented technology, a hydrodynamic "wave foil” that runs along the bottom of the lagoon to create a swell, generating perfectly formed tubing waves that run for more than 220 m without losing power or shape. Designed with minimal environmental impact and energy output, Wavegarden generates 120 waves per hour, promising continual enjoyment for those far from the coastline.
