Remember the popular Phonebloks concept that went viral across the web recently? Well now phone manufacturer Mororola have teamed up with the Phonebloks creator´s inspiring vision to make this concept become a reality! Named Project Ara, the idea is to develop a more sustainable and democratic smartphone, allowing the user to customize their phone according to their needs, adding modules such as a bigger storage block, a bigger battery block, more memory, bigger speaker and so on. You can also eventually upgrade any block without having to replace your phone. Watch the original Phonebloks video after the jump to get a better picture.
