Chelsea Miller Knives

Brooklyn-based Chelsea Miller makes these beautiful kitchen knives from reclaimed horse-grooming tools. Chelsea´s father was a blacksmith and a carpenter, so she is used to working with her hands from an early age, she started making knifes in 2011 as a hobby, but they have since gained huge popularity and are now backordered 6 to 8 weeks. The bespoke Chelsea Miller Knives are handmade from reclaimed materials from her family´s farm in Vermont. The one of a kind knives feature a trademark non-cutting edge that is left serrated, perfect for grating stuff such as cheese and garlic. watch the video
